Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Flux3Image (the "Service", at flux3image.cc), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

You write a prompt, optionally add up to five images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP), and choose an aspect ratio and a resolution (1K, 2K, or 4K). Flux3Image then generates one image for each request: from text alone, or by editing your images as your prompt describes. When you add images, the first one is the main image and the result keeps its aspect ratio. By default a request uses 1:1 and 1K. Your generated images are kept in your History, where you can view and download them.

Images are generated by FLUX 3 Image, a third-party AI model from Black Forest Labs, which we access through Replicate. Uploaded images and generated images are stored in cloud object storage. If a generation fails, it is not charged.

We may add, change, or remove features, models, and providers at any time; where a change materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

• You can sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email and Google accounts secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Service.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to claim the free sign-up credits more than once; we may block such attempts and close those accounts.

4. Photos and Likeness

By uploading a photo of a person as a reference image you confirm that:

• the photo shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness in this way;
• you will not upload photos of minors without their parent or guardian's consent;
• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
• the resulting image will not be used to create or spread content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory, or that is intended to deceive, for example passing an edited image off as a real photo of a real person.

You are responsible for how you share the images you create. We may refuse to generate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

5. Credits and Payment

• The Service is paid for with credits, which you get from a monthly or yearly subscription plan or from one-time credit packs. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
• What an image costs. Each request generates one image, and the credit cost is shown before you generate: 7 credits at 1K, 15 credits at 2K, and 87 credits at 4K.
• Subscription plans renew automatically until you cancel: Basic ($14.90/month for 500 credits, or $118.80/year for 4,750 credits), Pro ($39.90/month for 2,400 credits, or $286.80/year for 20,480 credits), and Studio ($99.90/month for 7,130 credits, or $766.80/year for 54,770 credits). Each payment adds the credits for that billing period. Subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not carry over.
• Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; credits from the current period stay usable until it ends.
• Credit packs (one-time): Basic (300 credits, $29.90), Growth (860 credits, $49.90), Pro (3,530 credits, $99.90), Studio (9,040 credits, $199.90), and Max (48,090 credits, $799.90). Pack credits never expire.
• All your credits share one balance, and the oldest credits are used first.
• Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Redemption codes. You can redeem a code in Settings → Credits. A code works only before its expiry date, up to the number of uses set for it, and only for the account it is bound to, if any. The credits it adds expire on the date set for that code; if no date is set, they never expire.
• Free credits. Every new account receives 7 free credits at sign-up, enough for one 1K image. These credits never expire. This offer may change or end at any time.
• Failed generations are never charged: if a generation errors, times out, or is refused by the model's safety filter, its credits return to your balance automatically. An image that is generated but that you don't like is not a failure.

6. Acceptable Use

In addition to Section 4, you agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content, or any content sexualizing a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor, absolutely and without exception;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any party;
• create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, promotes violence or self-harm, or constitutes harassment, hate, or fraud;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers, or circumvent safety filters or usage limits.

7. Your Content and Generated Images

• Your prompts and uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service: sending them through Replicate to FLUX 3 Image, the model that generates your image. We do not use them to train our own models.
• Generated images are AI-generated. Subject to these Terms and to third-party rights (including the rights of people depicted), we grant you a license to use your generated images for personal and commercial purposes.
• AI models can produce similar outputs for different users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, and you are responsible for verifying that your use does not infringe third-party rights.
• You can delete your uploaded and generated images at any time from Settings → Files, and remove creations from your History. To delete your account, email support@flux3image.cc.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, or that any given model or provider remains offered.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@flux3image.cc. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people depicted in content. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above (October 6, 2026) reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
