Privacy Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what information Flux3Image (the "Service", at flux3image.cc) collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Your Photos, in Short

• Photos you upload as reference images are used only to generate your images. They are sent through Replicate to FLUX 3 Image for that purpose and nothing else.
• We do not use your photos to train our own models, and we do not sell them.
• Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission, never of a minor without a parent or guardian's consent.
• You can delete your uploads at any time from Settings → Files.

3. Information We Collect

• Account information. Your email address, your display name, and the profile picture you set, and, if you sign in with Google, the name, email, and avatar Google shares with us. We sign you in with one-time email links or Google, so we do not store a password.
• Content you provide and create. The prompts you write, the images you upload, the settings you choose, the images generated for you, and messages you send through our contact form.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe; we receive transaction records but never store your card number.
• Technical data. Server logs (IP address, timestamps, request metadata), the IP address and browser information recorded with each sign-in session, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember the layout of your account pages.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies and record the pages you visit, how you interact with them, and your device and browser details.

4. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service: your prompt, settings, and uploaded images are sent through Replicate to FLUX 3 Image, solely to generate the image you request.
• To store and serve your uploads and generated images through cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2).
• To process payments through Stripe and keep track of your credit balance.
• To maintain security: preventing abuse (including multiple accounts claiming the free sign-up credits), enforcing the content rules in our Terms, and debugging failed generations.
• To run the business: when a generation finishes or fails, our team receives an internal notice in Discord with your display name, the model, provider, and settings used, the credits charged, how long it took, and, for a failed generation, the error message.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• To send your sign-in links by email, through Resend.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How Information Is Shared

Only with parties needed to run the Service:

• Replicate, which receives your prompt, settings, and uploaded images to generate the image you request with FLUX 3 Image;
• Cloudflare, for hosting, our database, and file storage (Cloudflare R2);
• Resend, which delivers our emails;
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which receive the usage data described above;
• Stripe and Google sign-in, as described above;
• Discord, the messaging service our team uses to receive the internal notices described above;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the Service, its users, or people depicted in content.

6. Retention and Deletion

• Your prompts, uploads, and generated images are kept so you can view and download them, until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
• Deleting a file in Settings → Files removes it from our storage. Deleting a creation removes it from your History. To have all your content or your whole account deleted, email support@flux3image.cc and we will do so within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.
• Payment and credit transaction records are retained for accounting.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems and stored files is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your email account secure, since it is how you sign in.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• View and download your images in your History; edit your name and profile picture in Settings → Profile.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data; exercise them by emailing support@flux3image.cc.
• If someone uploaded your photo without permission, contact us and we will remove it.
• You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided data or a minor's photo was uploaded without guardian consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Processing

We and our providers may process data in various countries. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

11. Changes and Contact
